Very disappointed. When received the kitchen unit it was broken. I've had no reply from the Company when I explained the problem, they make it impossible to get in contact with and charge an extraordinary about of money to return this item. Very disappointed and left with a broken unit that I have paid full price for.

Delivery was quick but product damaged. One shelf was a different finish to the other, holes not drilled correctly and generally poor product overall.

Not a good experience, tried to canx order 1 hour after booking it, I would have to accept del then return it minus £70 ish handling fee, then when it arrived it was dusty and the front feet are not even!

Daughter just opened the box, everything looks ok. But after trying to erect it. It's no good for my busy garden with grandchildren and dogs. I would prefer to return it and is it possible to have a refund. It's too flymsy.

The recliner chair I brought broke after 3 days and the company are refusing to refund my money after an exchange of a dozen or more emails. I’m still trying to reason with them to refund my money and take it away as it’s clearly faulty but I’m getting nowhere. Not a great advert for this company. My recommendation would be to shop elsewhere!!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Delivered a chair like this which is clearly a returned item that has been ‘repaired’ and resold. Refusing to replace or repair and just keep quoting their 28 day warranty 🤣 They maybe need to brush up on their legal obligation under the consumer rights act which states that faulty items need to be replaced or repaired if within 6 months of purchase which they are. Looks like I’ll have to go through Ombudsman Services, what a faff when all I’m asking is for a chair to be replaced as it’s clearly faulty!

The item was not what I expected but when I looked to return it, the return cost was 50% of the cost of the item. £25 to return something is extortion !! To return by Royal Mail the cost was £8-82 ! I believe Living and Home deliberately make returning goods difficult. The Item is thrown in my loft!!!

I've been asked to write a review but I still don't have my item. Before you reply, asking me for my order number and further details, I've already done so and still have nothing to show for it. Whether it's your problem or the couriers, either way, not impressed. 17 days and counting.

Ordered an item on 18th July, was given a tracking number, which never worked, contacted them after 5 days, was told a replacement item was being sent out, given another tracking number which didn't work. Despite numerous emails, either these guys are rubbish or Yodel is rubbish, but either way we haven't received our order after 16 days and counting.

I have received a response to my review and have tried to send thou further details of my experience but message weapons send? My original order no is 11671 hope to hear from you very soon my landline tel no 0151 475 9383 I would appreciate it is someone could ring me regarding this matter regards Mrs Carol Gallagher Cannot really comment at the moment. I ordered a fire pit 3 weeks ago and still not received it. The company say they have sent another one out but it is 6 more days now AND STILL NOT Received it. Still waiting. No delivery still to date on 3rd August. Not happy.

Awful. Received a ripped office chair, reported it to customer service to be offered a 25% discount which then increased to 30% after I said I would rather return. No apology and telling me it’s still usable!! Would never buy from here again nor recommend anyone else to. Any professional company would offer to send a new chair out.

I ordered dining chairs. I was informed the chairs would be despatched within 3-7 days. On day 8, I sent an email asking for an update to be told that the chairs were out of stock and the order would be cancelled. If I hadn’t sent an email, how long would I have to wait for Living and Home to contact me. I have only just received the refund yesterday. Very poor service. Will not order again.
