“Ceiling fan came without screws and washers. Tried to phone but had to leave a message where it said would get back to me in 48 hours. Did not! What would have been a £50 Job ended up costing me £250 as the electrician had to go on a wild goose chase to find the extra small fibre washers and screws! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN!”

“Good quality at a very reasonable price. Assembly instructions were a bit complicated and I would recommend having 2 people to lift into position although I managed by myself.”

“I bought a new Parasol but the base didn't arrive, the base was lost by the courier. I emailed them and the next day I had the base. Excellent service a quick reply regarding issues with the missing parcel, I was impressed with the customer service, overall excellent.”

“Bought a fireplace from living and home was very fast delivery. Had a bit of a hiccup with the courier , the courier had only delivered 1 of the boxes out by accident but the next box got delivered the next day so all was good . Love my new fireplace thank you”

“We found the awnings in the matching sizes and colours that we wanted (which is very rare with other retailers, you either find one or the other). The prices were competitive and delivery was pretty quick. Will buy it again.”
