The parasol was excellent. Delivery could have improved however with 3 separate deliveries. In this age of saving the planet surely one delivery could have sufficed

Poor customer service, don’t answer the phones or return your calls after leaving a message, don’t reply to emails, as you can quests I did have a problem but as you couldn’t be bothered to reply to either phone calls or emails I’ve had to write this comment

Excellent service in terms of communication and delivery although on the website it states that you get a free patio heater when you purchase a parasol ! Never received the heater

I have ordered Parasol for my garden and their added a heater for free to my order. What a treat I thought! After a few days of waiting ... heater arrived and that's it. No parasol, no money, no contact, no answer to my emails etc. Very poor service and very expensive (free of charge) heater.

Ordered a led light cantilever parasol. One part was cracked on arrival before set up, however not a problem as team sent new part. The parasol looks fab and does what we need it to do!

Ordered my item 22nd July, still not areived. I have contacted Living and Home ten times now to ask where it is and have no reply whatsoever. Happy to take my money but not to offer ANY customer service. Or to deliver the item. Very disappointed. Many other customers have the same experience. I have now contacted them cohntless times demanding a refund and still no response. I am reporting them to the ombudsman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY U LESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED

We are pleased with our parasol, base and patio heater. We haven’t used the patio heater yet but it looks fine and has a remote control too! The parasol was easy to put together, it needed two people. Delivery was fine and we were kept up to date as to when it all would arrive. Overall very pleased with the products.

Brilliant product and the cheapest when compared to other suppliers. Please change your carriers! Although it was delivered as promised it took me two days to find it! No help from delivery company even though it specified that a signature was required and a photo would be taken. It was only a nearby neighbour who saw it dumped near my pathway and recognised the name on the label and took it away to keep it safe. Absolutely no response even now from Evri!!

Problems with to of my chairs awful customer service nearly a month on and still not sorted carnt get anywhere with them as part should of already been in chair and trying to send ordinary screws a joke would not recommend.
