“I've worked with Thorsten a number of times on a varitey of different support cases and he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent support. This has included providing detailed explanations of system operations / components that aren't clearly documented, as well as writing scripts to support bulk change operations that don't natively exist in the platform's web UI. Thorsten is a critical part of the support team.”

“The Loadbalancer appliance does an excellent job for our needs. Once setup and configured, the appliance sits and does its job without any issues. On the odd time that we have had to contact support this has always had a quick response, knowledgeable staff and great service.”

“Maxi Tomazin handled my issue quickly. Although a root cause could not be determined he jumped right in to help via chat then zoom and communicated throughout the process. He was able to reestablish heartbeat for my cluster and helped create a test VS.”
