We are using a two-node Loadbalancer Cluster for Exchange 2013 and VMware Horizon View. Setup is easy, the manual include very good descriptions for different modes. Very stable solution, integrated into nagios monitoring. We are glad that we deployed the loadbalancer for our critical services.

While we work to implement Enterprise VA the Loadbalancer.org support team has proved to be a phenomenal resource helping us every step of the way! Having a great product and documentation is important, but having an excellent support team that goes above and beyond is equally if not more important and can be difficult to come by.

Scomis is responsible for supporting over 600 schools in the UK and through our Hosted Application Service (www.scomis.org/go.hosted) we serve over 500 schools where we host their SIMS MIS & Finance Applications through a multi-tenant Remote Desktop solution. Having grown this service over 10 years where we initially started with dedicated servers before moving to RRDNS (Round Robin DNS) which we eventually outgrew as well so three years ago we looked for a dedicated load balancing solution. We found Loadbalancer.org offered the best product and excellent value especially when deployed as a resilient appliance in our virtual infrastructure. Their support has been outstanding when called upon at all stages of our journey through testing, pilot and into production. Whilst the product has been rock solid we've need their assistance for high impact events and never been disappointed with the speed and quality of the help provided. Loadbalancer.org has been the perfect product where we have needed to implement load balancing for applications. We have used it with a number of Apps including MS Lync, MS Exchange, VMware vCloud Director and some bespoke LAMP applications. The team at Loadbalancer.org have always responded quickly and the service generally has been very good

These loadbalancers are easy to configure, but on the rare occasion you struggle, the support is fantastic, either by email or online chat, the response is very quick. The staff are very knowledgeable and have always pointed me in the right direction straight away.

The support team responses incredibly fast and delivers reliable information on issues or questions we had. They provides a quick fix for one problem we had with the email alerts and provided detailed and simple information on how to install and configure that fix.

The support service was excellent really quick response. The engineer had excellent product knowledge and was able to resolve my queries in no time at all. Typically online reviews embellish slightly however with Loadbalancer.org I'm happy to say they were on point. Excellent company with a great product. Support staff are always more than happy to go out of their way to find a solution to any problem/question, with a fast response time. We use both the EnterpriseVA (LAN, HA Pair) and EnterpriseVAR16 (DMZ, standalone) appliances both of which are very easy to implement and just work.

We can call it a worry free product Since we purchased our cluster pair with dell Hardware we had nearly no problems with the setup and production, even the perfomance/price ratio is hard to beat for the competitors. If you have any questions or problems the support jumps in very quickly, the response time is amazing and until now they had always an answer in the first place - no "support escalating to our technical super experts" stuff...i think you ask always people they know what they are talking about. The web config is easy to handle and of course the "step by step" guides are very detailed but not bloated.

We have deployed around 20 of these on different customer sites in the last four years and they have given us no drama at all. The product keeps evolving with new functionality offered at no additional cost (Windows Feedback Agent for Remote Desktop). The support team get back to you quickly and they know what they are talking about. Can't say enough good things about loadbalancer.org.

I was having trouble upgrading firmware on our R16. I created a service ticket via service web portal and within 15 minutes, I was contacted by Thorsten Wetzig from Loadbalancer Service Support Desk and he worked with me remotely till successful firmware updates were all applied and we fully tested the original functionality/setup. I am very pleased with such high level of support provided. I work for Carestream Health HCIS Divison -- Australia.
