“I worked with Damian Pacuszka. He was very patient and professional with me via email and when we were on a Zoom call to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get straight to fixing it. He was also very informative in discussing with me options and features that would help me with how the error occurred and how to prevent it in the future. We discussed new specs in new versions of LB and he sent me documentation so I can work with my team to make changes to our instances.”

“We’ve always found Loadbalancers support to be excellent and this case was just the same. They respond quickly and their default answer isn't install the latest update and send endless logs which is refreshing. Support is always very knowledgeable and understanding, and the issues get resolved quickly.”

“Short version as I have comprehensively reviewed before. Loadbalancer support remains the absolute best, most professional, polite and competent support that I have received in my 3 decades plus working in this sector. Simply put there is never anything that is too much trouble or too complex for the support team at loadbalancer to resolve. The recruiting parties at Loadbalance clearly value both the intellectual AND emotional intelligence of it's potential new staff, and this absolutely shines through at every level of interaction with the team. Loadbalancer clearly hold to the philosophy of an organisation's people are it's greatest asset and they are to be very highly commended for doing so, it truly makes all the differnce.”
