“I have been working in the Unix management & administration arena for 28 years now, and in that time I have dealt with many software & hardware providers form around the globe, small & large. Back in 2012 I was fortunate enough to get introduced to the LoadBalancer.org products and support. In my honest opinion, product, support and the people that make it all happen are next to none! The support is World-Class, always fast, responsive, friendly, exceptionably knowledgeable, always there and in a straight-forward manner. More importantly, never giving up on a problem or an issue until it is actually resolved to our satisfaction. The appliances are rock solid and incredibly easy to set-up, configure and get it into production, either as standalone machines or in a clustered arrangement. Finally I just want to say to big thank you to your teams for the excellent all-round experience you provide us with guys every single time, you should be very proud of yourselves. “1st time I had an issue with 2 loadbalancers R16, not able to flash them to the latest version. Loadbalancer send me 2 new SSD disks to replace them inside the loadbalancer to be able to run the latest version. Much appreciated and very good skilled support .”

“We use 2 hardware, load balancers to connect over 800 IP-based EPOS devices. The product is reliable, easily-configurable and gives comprehensive reporting. On the few occasions we've used support for advice on configuration, the response has been prompt and advice relevant and helpful. I would recommend this product.”

“Our company has been using Loadbalancer.org appliances already five years. From the beginning we are really happy with their products and services. Configuring and managing load balancers is easy and logical. Customer support is very friendly, fast and competent. At the moment we mostly load-balance web services, but planning to extend the range of use. We’ll definitely continue using Loadbalancer.org products in the future and highly recommend their products to everyone who’s looking for similar solution.”
