“Love loadbalancer.org It is a great product with good documentation and is easy to use. But nothing will prepare you for their excellent service response. I've never used a tool or service with better support/service behind it. If you find yourself on the fence between this and anything else. I will 100% recommend loadbalancer.org.”

“I worked directly with Thorsten and Nicholas for my ticket issue and like always; the gents are amazing to work with. They are prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and just downright AWESOME to work with. I have worked with both gentlemen many times and they never cease to amaze me with their work ethic, knowledge and willingness to be upfront about various aspects. I can't recommend them enough...amazing!”

“This company has the greatest team of technical support that I have seen out of a company in many years. “Excellent customer support. Amazingly quick - sub 10mins for a reply and an answer. The staff are all very good and professional. As for the appliance, we are still testing and its not in production. However it seems to do the job, as expected, and is actually quite easy to setup...”

“I was sceptical when I inherited an environment and was told our load balancers were supported by an organization called loadbalancer.org. I had to open a call with the support team for an issue and right from the first response I received, I was mightily impressed with how quick they were in responding, and how polite and helpful they were. All my queries have been answered swiftly and I will recommend them without any hesitation. Great work loadbalancer team. Keep up the great support you are providing.”
