“This company has the greatest team of technical support that I have seen out of a company in many years. Always quick to respond, attentive to customer specific details, and willing to go the extra step to make sure the client is highly satisfied. “Excellent customer support. Amazingly quick - sub 10mins for a reply and an answer. The staff are all very good and professional. As for the appliance, we are still testing and its not in production. However it seems to do the job, as expected, and is actually quite easy to setup...”

“I was sceptical when I inherited an environment and was told our load balancers were supported by an organization called loadbalancer.org. I had to open a call with the support team for an issue and right from the first response I received, I was mightily impressed with how quick they were in responding, and how polite and helpful they were. All my queries have been answered swiftly and I will recommend them without any hesitation. Great work loadbalancer team. Keep up the great support you are providing.”
