Would choose loadbalancer.org again because: - Website content is up-to-date - Pre-Sales questions are answered quickly and very exact - Suggested solution is problem oriented and not oversized - After-Sales which i needed two times, help perfectly - Price and Performance are matching”

Responses from support in minutes on every question we've asked so far from warranty to proposed design confirmation it's just perfect. “asked my questions, and got the right answers, at the right time, and even after the assigned time zone... what else can you ask... the questions were all answered fully, and the case was followed through 2-3 persons without loosing the case flow, which is something to note as on other companies you have to start from 0 when you change persons...”

“I required a load balancing solution - and one which was compatible with the latest virtualization / private cloud technology. “I am a Linux and Web abministrator at Advance Photon Source (Argonne National Lab, IL) hence have been working with the loadbalancer.org for 2.5 years and the appliance is fabulous. SO far I never had a hardware failure and the revision upgrades have been painless. The assistance and support we received has been superb so far: the staff at LoadBalancer.org is efficient, invariably able to address our issues in a timely fashion no matter how complex our environment and setup may be.
