“The support we get from Loadbalancer is some of the best I've experienced. In a day and age where automated responses have become the norm it is very refreshing and reassuring that I get to speak to a live person. I don't beleive I have ever waited more than 5 mins for a response to a support request. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with the Loadbalancer organization.”

“We have been using Loadbalancer.org as our main Cluster for our cloud and it's been working ever since. Their Product is very feature loaded and still easy to configure and use. That company takes the customers wishes and feature requests very seriously. It took only a couple of weeks until one of our feature requests / bug reports got implemented which is absolutely fabulous. If there is ever a situation where you desperately need help, they will help you instantly. Since the whole product is made out of opensource it's not always an easy task to support those applications but yet they managed to have in my opinion one of the best support. They answer in less than 15 Minutes even on weekends and know their product very well. I'm am looking forward for further development and i can just say "keep going" you're doing am awesome job.”
