“When we were moving from physical appliances to virtual appliances they made the change easy and they were very responsive when we had questions. Product is easy to understand and Loadbalancer has helpful guides available for a number of applications.”

“Thorsten Wetzig, who helped us resolve this problem, is the BEST! He hung in there giving us a lot of extra hours of support, helping us through a software upgrade in production. With his experience, we were able to apply an upgrade and avoid a potentially critical issue which surely would have caused another service outage.
