“Loadbalancer support is quick to respond, helpful, and knowledgable! The issue was found to not be with the loadbalancer but they were still helpful in troubleshooting from all angles until we found the root cause and corrected the issue. In the process, we even had a few misconfigurations that were discovered and corrected.”

“This entire process was made quite easy thanks to you guys. A real wealth of knowledge between your engineers. The changeover of the load balancers for me went particularly well with no problems at all which is especially good as the application this supports is a known flaky application that can fail at any time. I really appreciate the help I had from all the engineers, especially Wiktor Panpuch, Damien Pacuszka and Lenin Martinez!”
