“I can't recommend Kristi highly enough. We have done two re-fi's with her, and we couldn't be happier with the results. She was indefatigable in her efforts to make things work for us and always patient. She really, REALLY knows what she's doing. Everyone should be as good at their jobs as she is at hers.”

“I had a good experience with UHM itself. I had a double refinance with Loandrone simultaneously and after the close of escrow on the first mortgage, my then mortgage broker, Pai Jai totally cut me off and would not return multiple phone calls. He ended up canceling an already approved loan and also canceled the appraisal that I had already paid for. The appraisal company ended up refunding me my money back. All this occurred and was done by Jai Pai without consulting me or without my approval. In the 40 years of buying, selling and refinancing properties, this has never happened to me. I was simply thrown in the toilet and flushed. In fact, since the 2nd of July, I have still not received a phone call or any other form of communication explaining what happened and why my entire refinance process on the second loan was abandoned. This was extremely unprofessional and down right rude. We never exchanged any harsh words or had any type of argument. I did make certain corrections and had a few good ideas that Jai Pai acknowledged and was in agreement with. I am now working with a different Mortgage broker with a different Mortgage company. I do not want to work with Jai Pai ever again or with Loandrone because of what one of their employees did to me and got away with it. Due to the fact that I do not like controversy or drama, is the only reason I did not contact the licensing board. George M, Sterling Jr.”

“I have done many loans over the years, but I have to say that our experience with Kristi at Loandrone, Inc has by far been the quickest with the least amount of effort on our part that I have ever done. Kristi was extrememly professional and very thorough and a joy to work with! The closing cost were much lower than other options and the rate was far lower than we were quoted else where. I will be referring her to others!”

“The company gets the job done quickly and hassle free. Since a lot of the paperwork falls on the applicant, we found that as long as you are efficent, the company will be just as efficient. We are second timers with Loandrone and we'd use them again in the future.”

“To Whom This May Concern: All transactions pertaining to the origination of my mortgage with Loandrone Inc. were either by internet technology or telephone. Mr. Rick Rawlins acted as my broker in this matter whom I never met in person. It was the first time that I ever originated a mortgage without any one on one contact. Mr. Rawlins is has proven to be very competent, helpful, and persistent. At times, the process over the phone seemed interminable and disrupting. I never knew when he was going to call. When he did, I dropped everything except once. This is also the first time that I had to reproduce my personal data which included tax returns, insurance papers and bank statements. In other transactions, I would just drop them off to the broker. Last week, I tried to make contact with Loandrone. Apparently, I got an answering service but never got a call back. I was trying to inform them that I would be sending their first payment to them immediately. No return call.It's a good thing that I didn't get it because the loan was passed on to another company. The auditor was also competent but rushed. She apparently had another appointment after mine. She was very courteous and the only one on one contact during this entire process. Overall, I give you a 4 * rating.”
