“When I received a letter from Rick offering a much better interest rate on my mortgage, I picked up the phone and called. I am very happy I did!! Rich and his team (his wife) had me financed quicker than I have ever experienced before, and I have purchased many properties over the years. Rick was always fast to respond and is very knowledgeable about the mortgage industry. You won't regret working with Rick!!”
