“John Maiello was absolutely phenomenal. From the initial interview to the "clear to close" John and his staff (Rita R) provided daily updates to ensure a smooth transition. I was totally stressed in the beginning because my credit was shaky. But, John took the bull by horns and said "I got you...jump on and enjoy the ride." He is a true professional, very customer service oriented and extremely knowledgeable at his skill. He truly cares for the customer. I will definitely use Loandrone and specifically John for all my mortgage needs in the future. Thanks again John and Rita for your dedication to hard work and for an outstanding job well done!!!”

“Erik was the absolute professional. He was thorough, sensitive to my issues and an all around good person. He met some resistance with the underwriters to whom did not seem to understand some of the VA regulations. This extended the closing for a few days but Erik made sure that they finally understood the problem (by escalating the issue to VP execs and dissecting the reg with them) -- and he reassured me he had it covered the entire time. You can imagine this was right before the rates were going back up and I was one of the last loans to benefit from the pre-surge in interest rates. I am definitely recommending Erik to anyone I come across needing help with their loan. And I too would go right back to Erik for my own loan needs. Thank you very much Erik -- you made this transaction easy for me.”

“Kevin was absolutely amazing!! He was very responsive to phone calls, text messages and emails. This was our first refi, we really didn't know what to expect. Kevin held our hands through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Kevin.”

“Thank you Elizabeth!! From start to finish she was very helpful and attentive the whole time through in helping me refinance my house. They communicated the whole time in letting me where and what’s happening throughout the whole process and got everything done in less than a month. “We had an amazing and one-of-a-kind experience working with Kurt Stapf and Team! They helped us assess and find the right product during our home refinancing process.
