“Jai Pai did a very good job under the circumstances. The transaction was completed while I was wintering in Florida without good computer connectivity. I had originally intended to do the refi under my own name but the bank required my wife to join. This is strange since I transferred a mortgage in my name from quicken. The notary that was selected was marginal at best Overall it was a good experience”

“Everything was pretty good. Very supportive in helping to make the right financial decisions. Communication tailed-off at the end; and I was told I would be able to have two months without payments until the new loan started... but when the paperwork settled, that's not what I got.”

“Kristi and Pascale are extremely responsive and I can't believe how quickly the process was completed. I do think some of the communication could be improved as far as information provided and being upfront about choices regarding the options, as well as how much money would be saved (it was way overestimated). But we're satisfied with the end result.”
