“Kevin Irribarin was very helpful to our inquiries even we did not sign up for loan yet. Gave us a good advice and honest. We had our second loan with him. We could not find any other loan officer. We recommended him to all our families and friends.”

“Kristi & Pascale were so helpful through the entire process, I felt like Kristi was truly doing everything to get me the best rate. We had a couple little hiccups (my fault not theirs) along the way, but all in all in went very smoothly and I'm saving a significant amount of money.”

“Jai was very helpful in closing our loan. Since we were not finding the appraisers in time due to this market, we were little worried about the closing timelines. He really worked hard and followed up with the appraisers and made it happen in time. He took this situation very seriously and followed up to rush the appraisal and got it on time, thats what we expect from any lender. I am very happy working with Jai and I will definitely work with him in future and I will refer him to my friends as well. Thanks Jai.”

“Kristi and Pascale made my whole refinance process so easy! Kristi did absolutely everything for me and kept me informed throughout the whole process. She did everything she could to get me the best rates and lower my closing costs as much as possible. Just wish fees were a bit lower. Thank you so much!”

“I’m still waiting for my loan to go through. For the past week, I’d get daily emails from Kris saying he’s going to call me in an hour or two to tell me what’s going on with my loan. I’m still waiting for that call. Very strange.”

“Had previously used Michelle Lee and have had good service both times. AmeriSave was a pain, constantly asking for documents already sent. Scheduled notary attempted 2 1/2 weeks before actual closing due to alleged “missing information “.”

“The service was excellent from beginning to end. Jai led me through the process in a most professional and skilled manner and could answer all my questions, etc. When we encountered some problems with the mortgage company in terms of having to repeat paper work he stepped in and ironed the problems out. In short, the service was tops.”

“Best mortgage experience so far. We just refinanced our primary home and Kristi was beyond expectations. We have never had anyone who did so much for us to save every penny. I reached out to Kristi after receiving an ad on the mail (which I have never done before and usually don't even pay attention to), and I'm glad I did because the whole process was so smooth with her. Highly recommended.”
