“I used their refinancing service. Shervin Modir Was my point of contact. This was an intricate process, but we made it work. They came through as discussed. I would recommend this company. Certainly you can ask for Shervin. He will follow up and stay on top of things for you. He knows the process well and can help you iron out any difficulties.”

“Shervin Modir Senior Account Manager, LoanGuys.com (833) 615-6267 ext.108 (818) 639-4009 loanguys.com 21800 Burbank Blvd. Suite 100 Woodland Hills, CA 91367 Unbelievable service!!!! by Shervin Modir who works with the Loanguys.com First of all, I want to thank him for getting me an impossible to obtain by anybody else loan. I wanted to buy a nine-unit multifamily apartment complex in a rural area. (Nine-units are harder to obtain loans for than eight, for some reason.) Before I could make an offer, I had to be prequalified with a loan offer. This was very difficult for me because my credit score was so low. I am very deep in dept on paper, but able to make my monthly payments. I called five different loan officers, and they all said they could not help me. An advertisement popped up on my phone, and thankfully Shervin answered the phone. He kindly said he would look at my loan situation. I was then able to make an offer, and it was accepted. To fix my credit score I had to pay off some credit cards. Still, it takes thirty days to make any real improvements in my credit score. My first quote from Shervin was at the rate around 12 percent APR, with my poor to fair credit rating. After my credit improved, he was able to offer me better rate at 9.2 percent APR, over the next thirty years. I ended up getting a positive cash flow over of 2000.00 a month, with another 1000.00 that can be made rather quickly. Prior to my offer, the property fell out of escrow, because they could not get an appraisal. On my first attempt to get a loan, there were no comparable properties available for me to be able to get an appraisal also. After calling several companies said they also said they were unable to do an appraisal, for the same reason. Shervin never gave up and found me a loan using a different appraisal company! Another great quality Shervin has is that he almost always answers his phone right away. He quickly calls back if he doesn’t answer. He also worked after hours. His loan closer Caroline Liu was great also. She worked hard for me to get my loan, while under the weather to make sure my loan was done on time. Go Shervin! Hire Shervin, the five star loan officer.”

“I recently worked with Shervin for my investment property loan, and I couldn't be happier. He was eager and communicative. He was available to answer my questions and guided me through the entire process. Shervin provided the loan details which was straightforward. The transparency in a transaction makes a huge difference to gain a customer's trust. Loan guys delivered this exceptionally. The underwriting process was very tedious. “This was my first-ever DSCR cash-out refinance loan and I am SO glad I worked with Shervin Modir at LoanGuys. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and made the process as painless as possible. “Loanguys are legit amazing! Shervin Modir hustled on my DSCR loan, with constant communication, calling and texting even with the smallest update. Always made me feel like I was at the front of the line. Very transparent about every step in the process and were able to close within 30 days. Their team from loan processor to insurance broker are quick and on top of things. Daniel Nouri knows his stuff and was so easygoing even through a bunch of hurdles. They will work the hardest for you. Also the loan product they offered me was superior than what several other lenders and brokers could offer. Hands down I plan to work with Loanguys again in the future and highly recommend them for investment loans. Thank you Shervin, Daniel and team!”
