“Really struggled to get furniture out of store as lots more containers were put on site.”

Dear Mr Waterfield, I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble getting furniture out of your Loc-Box. All our Loc-Boxes are at ground level so you can drive right up to the door with a Luton Van or similar for ease of access. There are no stairs or lifts or corridors to climb so you never have to carry anything more than 5 - 10 yards. Whilst more units have been put on the site there is still plenty of space for our customers to access their units in all but the largest of lorries

“Never actually got to experience the service in the end. However when the time comes ill will definitely use them. Customer service was amazing the gentleman George was very friendly and helpful. The link were also very helpful and made it very easy to use”

The Loc-Box in Corby was excellent value for money as well as very secure and the individual containers were modern and clean. It was great being able to access our container seven days a week right up to 10pm, so that the most could be made of our time and not when the storage facility dictated.”

“The whole experience was good but details of the size of box was not right I asked when enquiring about it and I was told it was a 40' box but it was a 30' box so if I had turned up with more stuff than I did I would of been stuffed .”

Dear Mr Viney Thank you for your positive review. We are sorry that you felt the Loc-Box was too small. All of our Loc-Boxes are modified 20ft units, we do not have any 40ft or 30ft units at any of our sites. With this in mind I am surprised and disappointed you were led to believe it would be a 40ft unit. We use the industry standard guide that each of our Loc-Boxes will fit the contents of an average 2-3 bedroom house. It is very difficult for us to accurately estimate how much space each of our customers will require but we do try and make the size of our Loc-Boxes clear on our website and also and when quoting to potential customers.
