“We used Loc-Box Storage in Whittlesey for 10 months. Their customer service team were brilliant. Everything was explained very clearly and confirmed in an email. The team were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very easy to access the unit and the price was very competitive. The unit was very clean and water tight. We felt everything was safe and very secure. Our refund was quick and we received a nice email thanking us for our custom. Highly recommend and if needed would use them again without hesitation.”

“Great service very accessible and easy to do business with, service was A*, massive storage space for very reasonable price, was perfect while we moved out of one house and had to keep furniture from house until we could move into new place”

“Scoring 3 out of 5 due to the fact everything we stored at the back on the container had serious condensation on in and a lot of our boxes got wet and therefore had mould growing on them which isn’t ideal when your using it for a long period of time. You might want to install more ventilation in your containers? Apart from that though the customer experience was really good, easy to book, customer service was available when you needed it and also really easy to use. You can just come and go when you please which is great.”

Thank you for your review Mr Perkins and for your kind words regarding the positive customer experience and service you received. We are sorry that you had a problem with condensation. Our Loc-Boxes are always carefully checked prior to occupancy to ensure they are clean and dry and we advise our customers to only store dry goods and to pay particular attention to drain down and dry any fridges, freezers, washing machines and tumble driers. Moisture can be introduced to a Loc-Box in this way. If you would like to discuss this further with us please don't hesitate to call the team, we are available 8am to 6.30pm 7 days per week.

“I used Loc-Box self-storage for over 6 months after a house move and whilst waiting for my new house. I had a couple of issues locking the storage box, but on both occasions, I contacted the out of hours phone number and they supported me with this, and they even came out the following day to check that the lock was not faulty. Collection and return of the key was very simple. I returned the key and was refunded the outstanding money (I paid for a whole month but gave the key back early). I would definitely recommend to others and if I ever needed storage again I would not hesitate using Loc-Box again. Thank you”
