"I made an order on the 20th June 2024, and was sent a confirmation email, it\u2019s says that it takes a maximum of 6 days for them to fulfil the order. It has been 8 days now and I have not received an update on what is happening with my order. I have emailed their customer support 4 times now and no one is giving me a response as to what is happening and there has not been an update on the tracking website either. This is very terrible customer service as I paid \u00a3160 for my Nicki Minaj shoes only for me not to receive them. Terrible terrible company this was my first and last time ordering from these people. Never again will I ever buy anything from them again."
