“Everything about our installation has been great. The initial visit to quote was quick, clean and we were listened to. The quote was a good price and exactly what we asked for.... with no pressure selling. The installation was again quick and clean and easy. The guys were great and left the place spotless. We are very impressed with everything and have already recommended the company to several friends.”

“Our neighbours highly recommended this company after having a new loft ladder and hatch fitted. We had a look at their installation and we were highly impressed with the standard of work. We phoned up and spoke to a lovely helpful lady called Ellie. We were given a very competitive quote and fitting date immediately. We asked for the same fitter our neighbours had for obvious reasons! Ben arrived on time, on the arranged day. He was very polite, friendly and most helpful. Keeping to social distancing he put down dust sheets on the stairs and landing before starting work. His attention to detail was excellent, the new hatch fitted perfectly. He left the work area spotlessly clean after fitting. We are most happy with the new three section ladder. Before leaving Ben explained how to operate the ladder and hatch safely. Many thanks to the Loft Storage Room Company especially Ben and Ellie. Den and Sue Neville.”

“Marvellous from start to finish . No hard sell just advice to what suits you best. The installation team were brilliant they worked like trojans took COVID measures polite helpful tidy no mess left hoovered so impressed. The electrician was the same very impressed”

“The team at the Loft Storage Room Company were very helpful and their customer service was beyond expectation. I had a loft door and ladder fitted and this was done very professionally and efficiently by two fitters that respected social distancing rules. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company for your loft and roof needs.”

“Very pleased with the Loft Storage Company from the friendly receptionist at the beginning, the Surveyor then arrived promptly, the planner Ben managed to fit me in earlier when my electrician had completed his work early and the men that came were extremely helpful and carried out a very neat job. The cost was reasonable and the resultant work comes with a 3 year guarantee. I would recommend The Loft Storage Company if you require a professional job carried out to building control standards.”

“We heard about the company from our neighbours who highly recommended them and from our initial enquiry we were given a date when the work would take place, together with a quote. On the designated day Ben turned up on time was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient in fitting our new loft ladder and hatch. The standard of the work exceeded our expectations. We are most grateful and another neighbour of ours has since made a similar order.”

“We had an old loft ladder that was really heavy and difficult to reach. This was replaced by a really really easy to use stairs that I can now reach! It’s not heavy at all and makes it so easy to pop into the loft and get stuff in and out without making it a big operation! Wonder now why I didn’t do it sooner. The 2 guys who came were also lovely and very tidy - dust sheets everywhere so no mess. Super efficient too, great price and would therefore highly recommend.”

“A short while ago I contracted the Loft Storage Room Company to fit a new hatch door with a ladder, and to provide flooring plus insulation within my house loft. Following completion of the project I am very pleased to provide a glowing five star reference for the company. The work is of a high standard and conducted by experienced professionals. I am particularly pleased with the flooring provided, which I am quite certain is solid enough to park your car on. Additional to the above, of note is the excellent prework customer communication and information supplied by the company, with brochures, honest advice, and exact quotation breakdowns given. A highly recommended company for your loft projects.”
