A couple of great females re: customer service once the mistakes had been acknowledged but length of time from purchase to delivery and then the wrong items being delivered. Ridiculous! The people I spoke to initially re: mistakes, were absolutely useless, could not have cared less and sounded as if they struggled to know where they were, what time it was and knew nothing. Avoid, avoid, avoid!”
“They are charging me for the installation of the bed frame which they never delivered. They are the worst company to buy furniture. NEVER PLACE ORDER WITH LOFT.”
“I’ve been very disappointed with Loft. Items taking significantly longer to arrive than advised (in one case around 10 weeks late), items arriving damaged, deliveries just not turning up when advised, poor communication and poor complaints handling.”

Most of our build-to-rent developments are fully furnished with all Loft interiors.

“Not happy, box seemed damaged and the foam protection was destroyed leaving by a huge mess took me an extra hour just to clean that up. Also missing a N piece and have not heard back since Friday. Also chips and scratches although that is on the inside so not much of an issue”

“I ordered a table and chairs online from Loft with a 28-day lead time, which is fine. I also ordered the additional assembly service. However, I didn't hear back from them after I placed my order.
Two weeks later, I contacted them by email and was told that they would contact me once they had a delivery date. Weeks passed and I still hadn't heard back from them. I sent 1, 2, 3 more emails, but still no response.
After almost 2 months, I called them and they basically told me that they had the table and chairs in stock and they scheduled the delivery for the following day.
Finally, the table and chairs were delivered. The quality looks just okay, but I'm not sure if the price was worth it.
To make matters worse, the delivery guys didn't know that the assembly was included and they just left the items. So, I had to call them (twice) to request a refund of the installation fee.
Overall, I am very disappointed with Loft's customer service. I had to chase them down to get what I ordered, and the quality of the furniture does not worth the price. However I have to say that the people talked to were kind but I won't be ordering from Loft again, and I would not recommend them to anyone.”

“I am absolutely disgusted I have waited in all day only to have the wrong goods delivered, took a day off work for this. Your delivery driver is now not answering his phone. Awful customer service.”
