“Had to chase continuously for my order. It was only cushions. Not ordering with them again and not to be recommended. They never emailed me a tracking number. They did not also know what courier company will deliver.”

“My experience with LOFT has been amazingly positive. As a landlord, I need things to go smoothly. We are about to get new tenants and I needed to furnish the place. Loft were absolutely brilliant: they picked up keys from estate agents, took the sofa up to the third-floor flat, assembled it and took away all the packaging. The sofa is gorgeous and the tenants say they love it!”

“The customer service was exceptional. I received a call to inform me about the delivery date, and another one when the driver was en route. Additionally, the driver went above and beyond by assembling the chair I bought and disposing of all the packaging. Not only does the chair look fantastic, but it is also incredibly comfortable.”
