“Our sales contact, Joshua Sharp, and his colleague, Thomas Cockburn, were incredibly helpful in arranging a swift delivery to our site for some urgently needed bed frames. As our site is located in the North East and LOFT delivery schedules can't always guarantee immediate delivery, so the extra effort was greatly appreciated!”

“I bought a mattress for the first time from LOFT and it is not satisfying. The mattress bends over if a heavy person sleep on it. I contacted the customer service and they told we can’t exchange it. The other problem, the mattress stiffness is not described clearly on the website.”

“Hmmm, could be good but just not cutting it. Late deliveries. Missing and damaged items. Very slow, disorganised customer service. Unfortunately I wouldn't be keen on repeating my experience with them. It was the first and will be the last.”
