“I bought a mattress for the first time from LOFT and it is not satisfying. The mattress bends over if a heavy person sleep on it. I contacted the customer service and they told we can’t exchange it. The other problem, the mattress stiffness is not described clearly on the website.”

Unfortunately I wouldn't be keen on repeating my experience with them.
