“Had teh first health check / business review confernce call today and everything went well. I apprecaited that my account manager took time to explain indepth the items i was really intersted in and saved time on other items that i was already familiar with. That helped drive the call into the "meat and potatoes" portion of the call and that made everything flow really well. I was also pleasently suprised when Jeffery asked about scheduling another call next month! wasnt epecting to have a follow up but i feel that jefferey is truly interested in helping me use the tools to my advantage and following up to ensure i am seeing a benefit from the platform.”
