"I hired London logo design a year ago to design my website. 5 months later, the website was still incomplete and not at all what I had asked for. They had taken a set template and added a few images and every time something had to be added or changed, they asked me for more money. Their service was absolutely terrible - I had someone shouting and screaming at me over the phone on 3 occasions. Eventually, I cancelled my services with them because I was so disgusted with their service and quality of work. I didn't receive any refund or compensation from them, only harsh words. Not even an apology. I have been trying to gain ownership of my domain, which they promised me, for the past year. Now they have turned around and requested a further \u00a3175 from me for the domain! I definitely DO NOT recommend London logo design for anything. They give the worst service possible, they do not put their customers first, have hidden costs all over the place, and their product is below average"

"They claim:\n100% Satisfaction Guarantee\n100% Unique Designs\n100% Money Back Guarantee\n\nnone of which is true.\n\nBefore purchasing a logo design package I checked with their pre-sales team what the terms and conditions were for the Money Back Guarantee and was told:\n\" Firstly we are offering you unlimited revisions so you can revise it as many times you like until you are not happy with the designs, even after the revisions if you are not satisfied you can ask for a refund and 100% amount will be refunded back to you \"\n\nI provided a detailed design brief upon placing the order but it appeared that this was not read as I received a phone call from someone asking questions - all of which were already dealt with in the design brief along with more information.\n\nI wasn't happy with any of the initial logos provided and gave feedback and some suggestions, but even with revisions nothing was suitable. \nI also became concerned that London Logo were using logos from other design sites - one of the so called '100% Unique designs' was the same (apart from colour) as a logo that 99designs by vistaprint used to advertise their services.\n\nIt became clear that London Logo couldn't deliver a logo I would be happy with - they didn't seem to understand the nuances, feel and design elements we were looking for so I requested a refund as per their advertising and the information I had been given prior to purchasing. I was told that as I had had revisions I wasn't entitled to a refund. When I provided a copy of the conversation I had prior to purchasing which said I could get a refund even after revisions, they said they would look into it. \n\nI initially requested a refund on 20 March 2021. Since then I have had messages saying that London Logo designs are looking into it on 07\/04\/2021, 19\/04\/2021, 26\/04\/2021, 28\/04\/2021- with a 'promise' on 28\/04\/2021 that the money would be refunded by 04\/05\/2021 - which it wasn't and they have ignored emails sent since then.\n\nI had a further online 'chat' with them online on 19 May in which they said they would send an email by close of business that day with a date by which the money would be refunded. Nothing has arrived."

"LONDON LOGO DESIGN STOLE 500 GBP FROM MY FRIEND JULIA MASSAMBA\u2019S BANK ACCOUNT BY BREACHING HER DEBIT CARD INFORMATION THROUGH \"SECURE\" PAYMENT LINK AFTER SHE WAS DONE WORKING WITH THEM ! RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!! LOOK AT THE ATTACHED PICTURES, FOR YOUR OWN SAKE PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW AND HERS TOO!!! Almost one year ago, after she had one logo done with them, she received a message from a representative of London logo design telling her they had wrongly charged 500 GBP from her bank account which she noticed then (see the photo attached) and, that they will refund the money within 15 to 20 days. She doesn't even know how they did to get her debit card information as she only used secured payment link for the transaction she made with them. There was a lock on the website and everything, as she is really careful when making payments online. Until today she NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. Following the silence of LONDON LOGO DESIGN on settling this complaint, she placed a complaint with ACTION FRAUD.police.uk. As her friends we help her spread awareness of her case with London Logo Design, SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES."
