“ Tried this company again. As usual, problems with returns. There is no reason that returns cannot be handled more efficiently. On top of everything, they charge you for the return! Is this company in the dark ages? ”

Over the years I have had some great items, good quality and well sized(usually a size smaller than my usual fitted) In recent years the quality has dropped noticeably and the sizing is so erratic that I order two different sizes, even then the smaller size is huge! My latest order of 12 items ( 2 sizes of each garment) was delivered very quickly and packaged well. Some were huge, not good quality. I kept one shirt As LTS now charge for returns over 5 items and postage it made it an expensive purchase! I will be very guarded about future orders and am very disappointed in the decline in quality and standards Shame as it was so good for many years 🥲 ”
