“My daughter has been on the telephone from Turkey for 35 minutes, now on hold again and on person number 3. She paid her balance off before leaving for holiday and now is being told she still owes the monies.

“I ordered my disabled son some new ear pods and upon looking at the delivery status it says canceled, this is the second time they have done this! the first time they said i wasn't paying extra on my account so i couldn't order anything. SO i pay near £30 extra and still Canceled i'm going back to Minimum payments and i'll use the extra to buy the pods elsewhere.”
“My problem was with a BNPL.
I looked at my online statement and it said I owed 130.35 including BNPL I paid the 59.00 BNPL and it still said I owed 130.35. I then paid 10.00 and balance went to 120.35. went on webchat who insisted I now owe 120.35. I still do not understand why the 59.00 wasn't taken off when it states includes BNPL so fed up just paid it all hope they don't add any more. Will not use again.”
“I have been a look again customer for more years than I can remember ….. but again this morning I struggled making my order as now they do not put catalogue numbers against there products ! it took ages to place my order …. Time I really don’t have. I like to phone my order through. Do not like to use on line. Please change this back to product numbers.”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY last year items never arrived I was accused of lying I had to fight to talk to someone in uk after 2 month this was sorted eventually I returned this year to hopefully let them redeem them selves not the case items turned up in por condition I wanted to return one of my two items I was told of I did that I would lost my £25 discount I used and have to wait for a different department to make a decision as to if I replace the item would I get my discount back I was kept on hold for 55 minutes I will never ever use this company again poor customer service and poor service in general”
“I attempted to buy a shelving unit which was in 2 pieces, whilst trying to buy it the right side increased by £125, I contacted customer service by email and had no reply. I checked prices again in the morning and the left side had now also increased,, I called customer services and spoke with manager Fernando, he told me I need to pay what’s advertised, that’s £250 extra. Neither item we’re on sale, it was just regular prices and they increased them by £125 each. Terrible pricing and terrible customer services. They are not interested!!!”
“Appalling customer service!! They don’t seem to understand delivery issues and say that they don’t have the information on screen. If you send an email, they still don’t understand what is going on!! What on earth has happened to Look Again?? Could it be that their customer services is no longer in this country?? “Purchased a imac for over 1600 due to be delivered on between the 9th and 15th. On the 8th I called to check where the item was as it still hadn't been dispatched to be told it would be delivered on the Tuesday. They assured me there was stock and there wouldn't be an issue..
The day after calling they emailed to say that its not on stock and won't be delivered until the 25th. I exercised my right to cancel as the item is not delivered when they said andnit won't be on the 25 either as apple don't have stock until July.
They promised me it would be cancelled. They lied again.
I'm now on my 5th attempt to.get my money back. Disgusting company, customer service is appalling and they lie through their teeth
My contractual obligations are with you; not your suppliers. You have broken that contract by not delivering.
I Have the calls recorded as discussed on our call and I'm now reporting to the financial ombudsman, my bank and social media.
You will never get another penny from me.”
“Disgusted with this look again company they lie and lie put phone down on you when you try to chase up your order the other reviews are correct just wish I had read them before I ordered from them they sent my head board to wrong address then tried to blame me took them ages to contact delivery company which delivery company agreed look again gave them wrong address but look again still blame me lol ? Until I phoned head office who sorted it out for me I will never buy of look again? Hundreds of phone calls to them they never had a clue until I contact the head office and the lady sorted it out ?”

“Absolutely shocking customer service. Due to my disability I am buying online for years but never had to face anything like this. I bought chest of drawers which was damaged and also colour wasn’t as described and yet three weeks after I provided proof of this I am still awaiting refund and they just ignoring me. Calls to customer service got conveniently disconnected numerous times - shocking! And reply for email takes on average 5+ days or not at all”
“Very disappointing, ordered a pair of shoes and they have sent the wrong size 3 times! Then I was told the warehouse would contact me within 3 days which they’ve failed to do I rang to speak with customer services and was kept hanging on for 15 mins after which I gave up and hung up! Don’t think they value their customers at all”

Given a delivery date, so set the garden up ready for 19th April.
On 16th April , no apologies or anything, just a letter saying they will credit my account! This has not even been done yet”

“Placed my order, given delivery dates, had to call when item did not arrive and was advised it would take an extra THREE WEEKS. Item is shown as being 'in stock', told they were waiting on stock. Either the company are disfunctional, or they lie.”
