i was expecting a credit which did not arrive: i realise that i have cancelled the credit card I used and replaced it. Can i ask you to credit the new card please?
Could you please tell me where my order is - it was supposed to be here last Friday. Not too pleased. I know these are hard times but I was sent a text telling me it was due to be with me last Friday. please help x
