Lost close to £100 with this company!! The worst customer care I've ever experienced. After the Look Fantastic website recorded an incorrect delivery address, I contacted the company with 10 minutes of placing my order and they refused to change the address instead advising me to travel around town to find where my package was going to be delivered.

Appalling customer service! Order not received ... photo provided which is not at my address. Shipped with Evri (which I've had delivery problems with before). Asked to fill in a form, then live chat cut.

My first parcel was lost in transit, and the second delivery attempt claimed it was unsafe to leave the parcel (which isn't true).

It says delivery 5-7 days, it’s already been 10 and nothing. They reply only email they prefer.

Appalling customer service, designed to make you give up on complaints. Delivery arrived nearly ten days late and damaged. Spent all day trying to contact them. Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs.

Ordered same day delivery as I was leaving Dubai next day . Paid the extra same day fee. Nothing came no number to call that works for customer service and 24 hours to get a email response from them . To say it can take up to 5 days and possibly 2 seperate shipments . Deceiving and false advertising do not trust this site .

Do I even want to give them one star? I wrote to them in early August that the delivery person had shown me the broken items in the shipper carton (likely due to poor packing) and said he will return it to the sender (company). Until today (11 Oct) I still don't have replacement but I had already paid over $200. Communication with them is a challenge, just keeps going around in circles. Utterly disappointed.

DO NOT use this company! Missing items, damaged items, inadequate delivery packaging, still not resolved after 2 months! Dreadful customer service and experience! They shouldn’t be trading!!!
