Returned a £100+ order that arrived at the returns department 22/11/21, and they won’t process the refund at all, like speaking to a brick wall on the messenger system, they’ve now sent me a “replacement” when a refund was clearly stated on the returns form and in previous messages, klarna has now had to step in and have informed me not to accept the “replacement” if it ever arrives!
This business is a joke.

Diabolical customer service!!! Do not use this company - they have zero customer service skills!!!! No compassion for their customers problems caused by themselves!!!
I ordered 2 items but then decided to cancel the order as I found out they would be no good for my thyroid problem! I explained this to the customer service team who sent out a free returns label.
