“Be aware. They cancelled my booking as their partner car park closed. So instead of providing with an alternative parking for me they canceled and now price is 3 times higher as I booked in advance to have a better price. So be warned”

“Due to Covid 19, our flight was cancelled. I contacted Looking 4 Parking - not easy to do, and cancelled airport parking as we were no longer flying, through no fault of our own. Looking 4 Parking charged us almost a third of our fee as a cancellation charge ! Unable to contact them to discuss so wrote a letter which they have totally ignored. Very rude ! Will not use again ever. They are now offering free cancellation to new bookings, quite insulting really.”
“L4P Customer relations are non existent and following trying to contact them and getting no answer via phone,also it’s a bit concerning that some customers get a full refund and some of us do not following cancellation by airlines and advice from government.

After couple of emails I asked for my money to be returned because my flight was canceled due the situation of coronavirus. Obviously they refused to refund the parking charge. Very disappointed and is the first time when I have this situation with a car park company. I hope you guys get a bit more rich with my money! Disgusting company!”

My flight was cancelled after Morocco closed all airports so I had no alternative but to cancel airport parking. I was going to cancel online but it showed I would have to pay a £9.50 cancellation fee. I therefore decided to phone as I was sure cancellation fees would be waived in these exceptional circumstances.
After hours of nobody answering, I decided to email. When I did get an email back it said a refund for cancellation fee was refused! Also they keep your booking fee. I guess I was lucky to get some of my money back.
I won't be using this company again, especially after reading that people have had items stolen from their vehicles and the disgusting service people have received.
This company should be shut down. I hope they go down the pan. They have no compassion for anybody during this heartbreaking time.

“My flight has cancel for COVID-19 it was not my decision to cancel my parking i ask for refund or at list for voucher i can use it the next time i do make reservation for parking ,and yes i do flight over 4-6 times per year and they didnt give me anything ,thats the answer i received from them ,(The car park's terms and conditions that you agreed to at the time of booking state that these services cannot be amended or cancelled and we are therefore unable to issue a refund on this occasion)like was my fault i can not flight the days i make the reservation !!!!!!!”
