I had a poor experience. A rivet on the shirt was missing. Had to pay a tailor to fix it and the rivet/button doesn’t even match. Wrote to Loop with no reply. I guess it will now be a work shirt.

Returned rod under refunds policy, took nearly two weeks to give a refund when it stated 5 days, very poor service 😣

It's more than likely your return was held up in Swedish customs (this can sometimes happen), and as such your refund would have still been issued within 5 days of us receiving the item. My rod broke into two pieces on my first fish hook. I guess the rod came with some bad manufacturing. I will send to loop.

I never received this line, I assumed it was back ordered but I have received no communications to say so. To be clear, I am extremely disappointed as I leave for Argentina on Jan 4th and it seems very unlikely I will receive anything at this point. I will have to see what I can source locally. Mike
