“Hej! Taperingen är det inget fel på - men skjutlinan. Den är alldeles för tjock till linklassen. Svårt eller rent ut sagt omöjligt att enkeldra vid underhandskast. R-line fastnar i vattnet vilket stör energiflödet så linbågen kollapsar. Det får jag lösa jag med att köpa en annan tunnare r-line, inte shootingline. Bästa hälsningar Mats Kymling”

“Seems pretty robust, no hard base so rod tubes are really vulnerable to airport mishandling. The rod tubes will protect the rods but will end up dented big time in the base of a fully loaded 150l at 30kg. I added a sheet of HD 15mm closed cell foam to line the base. Wheels and handle work well.”

“Review of Loop Opti 180 Dry Fly Box. I did my research before this purchase and was convinced that this was the best dry fly box currently on the market. However, within seconds of putting flies into it a serious problem became obvious. The box is undeniably very well made, and the design of the layout is perfect for a selection of trout flies. However, due to the dark blue background in the compartments, the flies become almost invisible behind the lids in anything other than the brightest direct light - leaving you to guess which flies are in which compartment. I am now planning to carefully remove the lids and paint the bases of each compartment white (using the appropriate model paint). Hopefully, that will resolve this issue. I will also add small squares of magnetic tape to the three smaller compartments in the lid (which only has a single lid across all three compartments) to avoid small dry flies from being blown away when the lid is opened. I guess the grey-coloured alternative is probably much easier to see the flies in, but I actually do really like the blue box - it just needs a paler background in the compartments in order to see the flies better. Without this issue, it would definitely be a 5-star verdict as the rest of the box is spot-on.”

“The Loop Q Reel spool is awkward to fit because you need to ensure the slot on the spool lines up with the tab on the reel. Otherwise I love the product.”
