Its been four months since I ordered. This is a SCAM. They will take your money and never send anything. Just read all the other reviews and then report them to Better Business Bureau

I’m half and half with loot crate. I get their fright crate and usually they have good things. But their premium add-on upgrade is a joke. Got one hat and everything else has been nothing but freaking posters. You pay a extra $150 for “premium” extras and all they send is freaking posters…. What a joke… Like I said crate itself is good add-on not worth it.

I was charged three months in a row for a bi monthly subscription. I received one create total. I emailed customer service and they said I was charged for a December Crate, January Crate and a February crate. Funny story there was NO January wizard Crate. As they come every other month. They won’t give me money back. So I spent $140 dollars on one sad Crate.

Ordered a crate months all for my son's birthday. I've been told 4 different times of different shipping dates. I've asked for a refund 3x only to be told it will ship out in 2 weeks every single time. They are clearly not going to send anything and keep beating around my refund request

The worst!! Once upon a time they were great! Great swag, tshirts on time...However I don't know what happened, but they company is a dumpster fire!! I was charged for 3 months in a row with no crate!! Fighting to get my money back. Such BS ! They are complete utter garbage!! DO NOT DO IT!!

I ordered a crate that was supposed to be here in August and now it says it won't ship till February. The date keeps getting pushed back and it is ridiculous.

worst company ever ordered a crate nov 2021 it's now jan 2022 emailed them at the beginning of jan and they said it would ship late jan ... it's now almost Feb. emailed them again they said it will ship late feb... filed a dispute with paypal as that was my payment method .. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I guess i have to make them 1 star to comment. MINUS 10 is best! I unsubscribed last year & all of a sudden charged me again. There is NO getting in contact w/a speaking person either. They jus charge you from previous card #. No pkg showed up & glad b/c i didn’t order. NEVER AGAIN. My bank will change my debit card #so you can NOT scam me anymore!!!!! U prob won’t get away with it this time either!!!! I make sure e’bdy knows u jus throw a charge on previous orders for no reason!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!!!!! NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING!!!!!

I’ve been buying Loot Crates off and on since 2015 because they used to be awesome. The last few crates I have purchased has subpar cheep merch and have been extremely late…. I’m talking like 4 months late. I ordered a few crates last year in August and it’s Jan 2022 (still no crate). They really don’t email you with updates either so YOU have to reach out to them if you’re wondering where your loot is. It’s a shame they’re awful now.

I have not received any packages in 3 - 4 months. I use their website to contact them, clicking the links but when you do it says the page no longer exists. The very last box had barely anything in it, definitely not worth the cost. I'm cancelling my service. I don't recommend this subscription box to anyone.

I put in my first order in November and they’re telling me in January it won’t be here til March? It took my iPhone 13 less time to make it to me. They also continued to charge me monthly even though the first of my orders never even shipped! Got a full refund and I’ll never be touching this Garbo company again.

this is an absolutely terrible company. i ordered two loot crates from the junji ito series that was supposed to ship in october and not once did i ever receive an update on supposed “shipping delays” until AFTER i had cancelled my subscription. i had to dispute these two crates with my bank because they’re clearly not going to send them, and the bank had to close my debit card in order to ensure that i would get my money back. now i have to wait for a new debit card and can’t get to anything inside of my account. save yourself the headache and the money and don’t ever buy from them!!

Order was placed In October of 2021, messaged them December to be told it will be shipped later that month, never received tracking, then again asked then to be told it will be late January shipping time, do not recommend buying from as it is just a waste of time and money

After 4 months and 20 emails later, I finally just ask for a refund because they never even started my ordered but took my money. Not once during the multiple emails did they offer me an alternative box for the theme that I wanted. Not once did they offer me another box that they could get to me in time ​because they were having a problems with the one I ordered. Not once did they offer me as a inconvenience a piece of merchandise to keep me as a new customer. This was my 1st order with them and they didn't care. So I asked for the refund. They didn't even try to keep my business or again offer me a subscription box or a piece of merchandise to show they felt bad for not giving me what I ordered. Find another service guys not this one.

Lootcrate are extremely quick with taking your money and automatically signing you up to repeating payments, yet can't send out emails in a timely manner. Very disgusting.

If you decide to purchase from Loot Crate, expect very little communication, and for it to be incredibly delayed, just like their shipping. I placed an order for the Junji Ito series in July, with the site stating the first crate would ship in October, with following crates going out every other month. It's now a week into January, and I JUST received an email from them that they are experiencing some delays, but they're aiming to ship out crate #1 by December.

Ordered last May and have only received one. They keep pushing it" you'll get it next month". Was suppose to get one in December, now they moved it to February. Worst company ever!!
