“Hi, Firstly I would like to say Thankyou for the quick dispatch of my lords tour tickets. However, as a present for my husband from my children for Father's Day, I am very disappointed that what was meant to be a surprise gift was spoilt by the fact that the word lords was stamped all over the front of the envelope. My husband was 1st to get to the mail, therefore his lovely surprise was spoilt as he straight away read what was stamped on the front. He however was over the moon as he has always wanted to visit! I understand that a return to sender address is needed, however I do not feel that it is that important to stamp lords cricket on the front so everyone can see what is in the envelope.”
