“I made the purchases as gifts for my son-in-law and grandson (who have yet to use them) by 'phone and found the staff to be very helpful in explaining what I was buying and the best way to do it.”

“Having ordered a pair of gloves as a christmas present in early November I expected that they would be delivered within the two weeks estimated delivery time. I had to make 5 calls and each time was informed that they would be dispatched asap. customer service was very poor. The product eventually arrived about 4 weeks late. The product was great and the final customer service person very good”

“I bought tickets for a tour of Lord's. The booking system was clunky and a two-stage process. You buy tickets on line first, then I had to call the tours section to check available dates. Surely you should be able to book a day and time as you buy the tour online?”

“The t-shirt I ordered was not cheap and I was expecting a good quality. The one I received was of a rather rough material and the badge was missing so much that I would consider it to have the look of a 'total breakdown' rather than 'distressed' as in the reply I received! This was the excuse for not refunding my postage. This was very unfortunate as it was a surprise for my husband's birthday ahead of a tour of the ground. "Unfortunately we can only refund the cost of the T-Shirt as it is not faulty. The T-Shirt is manufactured to have the ‘distressed’ look and this is correct on the T-Shirt you have returned to us. The website’s image depicts the design on the T-Shirt."”

“It was an excellent tour with much to see at Lord's. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer even the most obscure question about the ground and it's history. The price of the ticket was very reasonable and there was plenty of time to take the tour at a relaxed pace with no added pressure to spend more money in the shop. The highlight, for me, was the tour of the media centre and the dressing room, where we were able to sit in the seats of the famous cricketers. The only downside of the tour was not being able to see the 'home' team dressing room as it was occupied. Overall a fantastic day, helped by the weather and a friendly tour guide.”
