“Ordered a week ago (29 August), still not received (5 September). Since you've charged £1.50 shipping for a tiny book, you could have put it in the ordinary post and I would have had it days ago. Maybe in future it would be better to ask for a review AFTER the item has been received?!”

“Ordering was straight-forward and item delivered within a few days. Communication was generally good, but I would have preferred to have been given a printable confirmation of order number on line, when order was completed, in addition to the email that followed; because if I had had any problems with email (which does happen) I would then have had alternative proof of purchase.”

“Ordering procedure simple enough, though ordered two books and they came from two different sources. The first one arrived promptly, though there was slight damage to the spine. The second arrived two days later. Overall, pleased with this order and although I usually visit Lord's a couple of times a year and buy from the shop, on this occasion I was laid up with a foot injury so was unable to visit. Would use the online ordering if necessary in the future.”

“Our grandson lost his cricket hat from Lords the day after we went on the wonderful tour. I got on to the Lords website that day and ordered a replacement hat. Amazingly, despite it being after dinner, I got a confirmation email straight away. The hat arrived when it said it would and the p&p was so reasonable and the hat really represents value for money. I fell in love with Lords on the tour and I am even more enamoured of the service the shop provides.”

“Staff on the phone were so helpful in sorting out my order , really professional and were able to answer all my questions too. I would give them 5 stars . Unfortunatly I felt that the print on the shirt and they price paid for what we received was a little much .”

“My order was delivered as promised, but I was disappointed because the special edition 200th anniversary cricket ball surely deserved to be packed in a presentation box - not a nasty unsealed plastic bag in which it arrived!!!”

“I purchased two tickets for the Lord's tour recently. I believe it would be great if we could take the email confirmation instead of waiting for the tickets for two weeks. Also there should be an option online to view the dates available for the tour.”
