“Bought as a present for 18 yr old great nephew over from Australia - whole family very keen cricket followers. He is absolutely delighted with the prospect of seeing the Long Room and of course the Ashes urn. Perfect gift. Service was first class and though told would take 10 days to arrive, it arrived within 4 days! May buy myself a ticket now! Great nephew and I dont talk cricket - he supports England, I support Australia!”

“I ordered the 'Lord's History of the Cricket Bat' frame for my husband's 40th birthday. I was most disappointed that one of the elements on the frame had fallen off. It hadn't been stuck on adequately. I'm relieved I checked the product before wrapping it up. I've emailed customer services but as yet they have not responded to my email.”

“I booked a Lord's tour for myself and colleagues who were not members. We picked a date when we later learned the media centre would be under going a refit. We were told this and offered the chance to refix the date which we did. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently.”

“I tried to buy tickets for a tour on-line but even though I had completed all the details of my delivery address when I reached the last page, my delivery address was incomplete. By this time I had completed all the payment details and no idea whether my payment had been taken. I then had to call to check and pay over the phone. All in all, not a great service.”
