“Both my recent orders were delayed due to stock being delayed BUT my money was taken anyway in November. This isnt something you would normally associate when buying goods if not in stock or delayed no money is usually taken until goods are despatched. When I chased the goods in December I was told what the problem was and that goods were arriving late Jan so I agreed to run with the order even though it was an Xmas present because I did want the gloves. I rang again end of January to chase goods and was given the run around and no real help by both a woman and a man on seperate occasions, until finally I reached a different women who was extremely helpful and I told her so. She kept me fully informed and I have now received both orders. The lady is the only reason I have ticked GOOD as she redeeemd the situation, otherwise I would have put poor for a number of reasons”

“The service and product were very good. I was just disappointed to discover that when the layout of the Lord's museum was considered, that the "highlights" of the museum were put on the top floor which has no disabled access.”

“An order was placed over the telephone after several on-line error messages on 19 December 2013. I was told that delivery would take place on 6 January 2014 due to the Christmas and New Year period which was fine. The order arrived on 28 February 2014 after lots of chasing up by me. Even then, the sizes received were incorrect. This isn't what I expected from a world renowned institution. We are a cricket club with a colts section and thus the kit ordered was for their winter indoor training - better late than never I suppose!”
