“Ordered on 5th December. Still waiting ( 13th December) for delivery with no information from the tracking site. With a delivery charge of £7.50 this is not really acceptable.”

“Ordered visitor tickets on line and they came very promptly.... Have still to make a booking so half the service has yet to be tested. Just one thing..... I bought the tickets as apresent.... The envelope clearly advertised the vendor..... And my husband read the front of the envelope..... My secret was exposed!! Never mind.... He is old enough not to believe in Santa.......”

“I ordered two items from the Lord's shop on 28 th November 2014. One item arrived two days later but I am still awaiting the second item. Have been advised that it is the fault of the courier but I seem to be caught in the middle. Hope it comes before Christmas. Very disappointed.”

“I purchased the 200 year anniversary cricket ball as a Christmas stocking filler for my son, and despite it being shown online as out of stock, it arrived within a few days. I am delighted with my purchase and know that my son will be too. Thanks Lords, excellent product. Excellent service!!”

“Wanted something different for a Christmas stocking filler and came across the Lords 200 anniversary cricket Ball. This fitted the bill perfectly and it was very reasonably priced . I know the recipient will be "bowled over" by it!”

“The Lord's Bicentenary Souvenir Cricket Ball arrived quickly, however, some of the gold inscription is damaged. Also on the face of the ball there are lines and dents. Phoned immediately on Saturday 6 December @ 4.30pm and still await a response. This is a Christmas gift & a replacement is awaited Asap. Thanks”

“I was delighted to receive my gift vouchers so swiftly, but could I make one suggestion? The envelope clearly showed the MCC address on the front, and, unfortunately, I was out and my husband ( intended recipient of gift) was in, so the surprise may have been spoilt! Any chance of plain envelopes for gift vouchers?”
