“My brother and I took our Dad on a Lords tour for his 70th birthday, as he is such a cricket fan. The tour was interesting and gave a great insight into the workings of the game., but what really made it fior us was the enthusiasm and knowledge of the tour guides, who knew the statistics and stories of some of the great players and historic matches. Thank you”

“The t-shirt I ordered for my partner for Christmas never arrived. To be fair, they didn't charge me for it. But there was never a satisfactory explanation as to why. Very, very poor and amateurish service.”

“The visit to lords was part of a Christmas gift to the men and boys in our family. We were on holiday from Australia! They all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tour immensely. Thank you so much for making there holiday so enjoyable.”

“Having bought the Laws of Cricket on the MCC website I was contacted by the MCC for further money. I had declared the delivery address was in Australia and paid the appropriate price. It is only a small amount of money, but if the transaction has been completed and the retailer has accepted the fee for the job quoted, then the retailer should provide the service for that fee.”

“From what I remember the Lord's online shop was very easy to navigate and use. However, I made purchases in July and August 2013 but have only been asked for a review today, 4 March 2014. I am confused.”
