“I ordered a Bicentenary Mug for a Christmas gift for my son who works in the USA and is a cricket fan, like me. I have not unwrapped the cardboard paper it is wrapped in, as I have a feeling I shall see my son before Christmas, and I know it will have to go back to the US eventually in his luggage ! It came very quickly, for which I am most grateful, but I shall not get to see the mug myself, sadly. Perhaps I shall go to the US myself one day to see it in all its glory !”

“I ordered three items - two came today, they are a gift so I don't know any more. The third item was from an outside supplier (this was not apparent at time of ordering) and I have no way of tracking the order so I don't know when it will arrive - unfortunately this means the present is delayed as all three items are to be given as one gift.”

“In order to buy a voucher for a tour for my husbands birthday ----it was so much easier to phone and speak to a very pleasant young lady than cope with ordering online. Phone request was accomplished within a few minutes------voucher duly received in 3 days and a pleasure to deal with true customer service than cope with the vagaries of the internet. Well done---can't wait to see my husbands face when he opens it!”

“The tour was very good but I was disappointed with the booking process. The website indicates that you need to hold a pre-booked ticket before going on the tour and that you also need to telephone Lord's to book places on specific timed tours. However, having done all this I was surprised to see most of the people on our tour were "walk-ups' who paid on the door. No-one took my details and holding a pre-paid ticket offered no benefit at all. In fact I had to pay extra to have the tickets mailed to me and wait until they arrived before booking my tour. The website is at best very misleading!”

“I visited with friends from New Zealand on Fri 08Aug. I was very impressed with the gentleman who took the tour - he was very informative, interesting and fun. I really enjoyed the tour and would definitely recommend it to friends.”
