“Purchased a bone china mug. Delivered on time but packaging could have been better - fortunate that no damage occurred. The mug is in an open sided presentation box and although bubble wrapped, the cardboard outer was poorly secured.”

Thanks for taking the time to review the Lord's Online Shop. The tickets are advance tickets, so these are sold in order to be booked at a later date in case these are given as gifts. Tickets can be booked through the Lord's Tour team directly if that is something that you would prefer. Thanks again.

“Very good customer service on the telephone and quite easy to order tour tickets online. HOWEVER: why can't I select a date and time when purchasing a tour ticket as opposed to having to phone Lords and book the particular day/time once I have received the tour ticket through the post.... 'seems to bit backwards and non-customer friendly to me ??!”

“Tour guide was very knowledgeable about Lords and cricket in general. Content of tour was excellent but felt there was even more to see but time did not allow. Old Father Time was hardly mentioned, and would it be possible to see more of the pavilion? Maybe a longer tour for those who enjoyed it that much?”

“I ordered gloves on the 7th February and it is now the 19th of March. My order has still not been delivered. Lords have very poor customer support. You have to constantly contact them for updates. They don't find it necessary to let the customer know of any delays in the delivery. I will never order from here again!”

“We had a lovely Afternoon Tea at Lord's. The food was amazing (freshly baked scones!), all of the staff were friendly and polite and helpful. It was a beautiful day, and we had a great time in a beautiful environment. The tour was excellent and informative - but over way too soon! A wonderful day out. Thank you very much.”

“I ordered a pair of Mens Batting Gloves just a few days before Christmas. They duly arrived in great condition and in time for the holiday. Unfortunately I had ordered right instead of left hand gloves and had to return them. This was done with the greatest of ease and the correct gloves were despatched with no problems. I will gladly order from The Lords Shop in the future. Great Service.”

“We were in London for a surprise weekend for my husband's 60th and as he has played a lot of sport we took in some sporting venues during our visit. I basically went just to accompany him but have to say that we both throughly enjoyed it and the guide was excellent. It was good value for money which is not always the case for all London places of interest as some are overpriced for what they offer. Thank you for a lovely visit.”

“My wife and I had a great time on the Lords tour.The tour guide was most helpful knowing everything there was to know. He gave us plenty of time in all parts of the ground! Disappointed we were not allowed to take photos in the pavilion.Fully recomed this tour to all ages.”

“Was a great day out, apart from weather! The staff were amazing & extremely accommodating. Only one disappointment which was that the long room was not available due to private function & that was the one thing we really wanted to see. It would be a good idea to publish on your website days when it has been booked so that we could plan our trip to ensure we visited on a day where we could access. Thanks Colleen”
