“Goods arrived promptly despite the Xmas rush however only one of the T shirts was in a protective bag which was disappointing as they are both gifts. Second package also arrived swiftly and is in good condition.”

“I bought a signed copy of Roy Keane's Secod Half. I had an enquiry about the signature so emailed customer services and they replyed promptly the next day with a reassuring email which I appreciated. It did arrive within about one week which is good because it is a Chritmas gift. However, the corner of the book was slightly damaged. This may have happened before or during postage. I dont have time to exchange it because I fly home for Christmas very soon. Also, I do think £7.50 for post and packaging is expensive for posting a book within the UK.”

“Easy to order online and as the item was in stock it was with me in 4 days. I ordered the Bi-Centenary cricket ball - think it would have been better if it had been boxed.”

“I was generally pleased with the service; the website is easy to use and I received my items promptly. The tea towel I ordered is good quality. The only slight downside is that I did not receive a confirmation email that my order had been received (although it was confirmed on the online shop), so I wasn't entirely certain that my order was received.”

“Ordered visitor tickets on line and they came very promptly.... Have still to make a booking so half the service has yet to be tested. Just one thing..... I bought the tickets as apresent.... The envelope clearly advertised the vendor..... And my husband read the front of the envelope..... My secret was exposed!! Never mind.... He is old enough not to believe in Santa.......”
