“I ordered a novelty tee shirt for my cricket fanatic brother in law's birthday. I expected the back neck label to say Lords Cricket club and have some related packaging. I could have gone to a local menswear store and bought this tee shirt....whereas i was hoping he would see we had thought about his gift a little more than that. The logo on the front is also not applied that well and so i am very disappointed with my purchase for £20. I work as a Buying consultant for high street retailers and have done so for for many years, so therefore know what is involved. I feel you could have a much better offering and encourage more repeat purchases but not as it stands. i hope my feedback helps you to consider improvements. regards Sharon Needham”

“Although I was very disappointed that your website for the online shop had crashed on Sunday, and that when I phoned on Monday, several of the 200 year Anniversary souvenir items were out of stock after being advertised in a national newspaper last weekend, I was impressed with the helpfulness of the staff on the phone. Together we managed to find something , and they made sure it was dispatched and arrived in time for me to give as a Birthday gift.”

“I ordered two replica training shirts which arrived promptly and were very well received .So much so ,I would like to order a third but I am unable to log in as I can not remember my Password. I have requested to change my password three times over the past six hours. Can you help ? I really would like to buy another shirt.”

“I treated my husband to the tour for his birthday and went with him, thinking I'd be bored stiff! I loved every minute of it and so did he. The tour guide was excellent, informative and funny. (Sunday 25th May 3pm) We have recommended that out Bowls Club organise a group tour as we're sure everyone will have a great time. Excellent value for money. Best tour of its kind in London. Connie Bowman”

“Good quality jacket. It would have been nice for sizes to have been clearer ie medium is 38cm to 44cm, I had to guess. Delivery time an communication good would use again”

“I had ordered Ashes Urn replica, a hooded jacket and a key ring for my friend who is a cricket aficionado. I was disappointed to see the size and quality of urn. It was no match for the price. The jacket was reasonably good quality but the print of Lords logo was in poor quality. The keyring was okay. Overall I found the items to be over-priced. But the customer service was very good. I wanted it within 2 days and they did.”

“This tour was superb, the guide Mike was excellent full of anecdotes and very knowledgeable, we enjoyed seeing the Long room and dressing rooms and hearing tales of the cricketers. The media centre was excellent. A splendid trip.”

“Lord's Tour Bureaucracy gone mad I rang the telephone number from the website ! was asked for payment details I pointed out that I had not give day or time They did not want to know I asked what happens if my day and time were full I was told I would get my payment credited. I gave the payment details with promise of confirmation by email I received the email with the order number I was transferred to another department I was asked some of the same information and suggested I gave the order number They did not want to know I requested day and time and was told the vouchers would be sent in the post I received the correct vouchers but no reference to day or time. No wonder Warwickshire beat Middlesex at Edgbaston by an innings this year!!!!!”

“Quick easy ordering process and prompt delivery. However, I'd asked for it to be sent to a different address than the 'registered address' of my credit card. It appeared at my registered credit card address!”

“I found the staff to be very helpful especially a lady called Faye. She knew i nneded the item by a certain time as it for a leaving present for a member of staff. Faye sent it for dispatch straight away and confirmed I would recieve it in time. Thank you very much I would not hesitate to use you again”

“We had a very enjoyable afternoon. I organised the Afternoon Tea for my husband, who is a big cricket fan, as part of his Christmas present, and he thoroughly enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very interesting and humerous, even for a non-cricket fan. He said he had the same name and birthday as a past cricket player.”
