“Information is poorly organized and the performance I experienced was unreliable. When I tried to book the tickets the web site told me that it was unable to action the transaction so I was unsure whether I had actually bought them. Then I received an email a day or so later to confirm my purchase so it turns out that the transaction was completed contrary to the web site information.”

“The booking tool said the transaction failed on three occasions, therefore did not receive a confirmation number. My credit card was charge twice and two lots of tickets have been sent, even though the transaction apparently failed.”

“I had ordered a XXL size Lord's Bicentenary T-Shirt Blue colour. Instead I received yesterday a S (small) size right colour but totallly wrong size. I now have the palava of returning the product and there is no indication on your delivery note of who is going to pay for the return postage. I am very, very disappointed and it is unlikely I shall return to your online site again. I would have thought for an organisation of such high repute such a mistake or carelessness is more appropriate word is most unbusinesslike. “Ordered a one day replica sun hat (blue). Didn't receive confirmation of order email so chased by phone after five days. Told they would resend email and that order had been despatched on previous day. Wrong hat (five day, white) arrived today - six days in this internet age is not good. Phoned to confirm I had ordered the right hat (yes) and was asked to return wrong hat. After initial order took a week to arrive I really cannot be bothered to have to go through the further hassle of returning the wrong hat and waiting another week of so in the hottest week of the year. Life's too short. Both ladies I spoke to though were very polite and apologetic.”

“The item I ordered cam quickly and well packaged. I was disappointed because the tin it came in was dented, as it was so well packaged I can only believe it was sent dented. This item is a gift, which I would rather have given looking un dented.”
