“The delivery was very quick, it arrived within a couple of days. However, I do have an issue with your voucher policy. I was given £20 worth of vouchers for Christmas to spend in the on-line shop, in the form of 2 x £10 vouchers. When I tried using them I found out that I was only allowed to use one voucher at a time. I don't think this policy is strictly legal and, even if it is legal, it isn't very fair. These aren't vouchers cut off the side of a cereal packet, they are vouchers that have been paid for in cash, so Lord's had already received the money. I am able to use multiple vouchers at other on-line sites (ITunes, Amazon, etc.) so I don't see why Lord's should be any different. To sell vouchers for cash & then state you can only use one voucher per transaction is unfair & tantamount to extortion. I was only able to resolve this after several phone calls to the on-line shop where I eventually received a code for £20 that I was able to use on my purchase. I think this policy should be changed immediately to avoid further issues.”

“I bought the following items: Ashes 2015 Ladies High-Neck Cotton Top Lord's Ladies Cable Stitch Long-sleeved Sweater - Pink & Sky Trim (acrylic). I bought size 8 in both items and wasn't sure about sizing as I'm under 5ft. The sleeves are a little long for me, but overall they fit very well. Overall speed and quality of service is very good.”

“I ordered 2 pint glasses with the Lords symbol on. Good quality. I paid the £2 extra for next day delivery which is great value for money. When i recieved the items the box was alittle bit bash and was worried whether my items would be intacked. Thankfully due to the amount of bubble wrap they we're perfect.”

“ordered kids cricket trousers and shirt. Order process and delivery were as expected with no failings. However the shirt that was delivered had a small stain on the collar and if we did not need the items urgently I would have returned the item as faulty. The selection process should have detected this stain when packing as it was very obvious!”
